Medical Assistant - Full-Time

Join our growing and busy pediatric clinic! We’re seeking a full-time, experienced Medical Assistant to become part of our dedicated care team.

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a pediatric setting and proficiency with eClinicalWorks (eCW). You’ll play an essential role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our providers with daily clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer vaccines and perform routine pediatric procedures
• Assist providers with in-office procedures
• Accurately document patient encounters in eClinicalWorks
• Manage rooming, vitals, and patient flow efficiently
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members

Qualifications:

• Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience
• Experience using eClinicalWorks (required)
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Compassionate, team-oriented, and detail-focused
