Medical Assistant – Guest Relations Specialist

New Life Cosmetic Surgery & MedSpa is seeking a polished, professional Medical Assistant – Guest Relations Specialist to join our luxury aesthetic practice in Boerne, Texas. This hybrid role blends hands-on medical assisting with concierge-level guest service, scheduling, and sales support.

What You’ll Do:

Provide exceptional, concierge-level guest experience
Assist providers with pre-op, post-op, clinic visits, and aesthetic treatments
Escort and prepare patients, take photos, document in EMR
Perform IM/SC injections per protocol
Support surgery prep, turnover, and discharge workflow
Answer phones, schedule appointments, check in/out guests
Collect payments and deposits; follow financial policies
Educate guests on services and skincare within scope
Support sales, rebooking

Qualifications:

Medical Assistant certification
Aesthetic/medspa, cosmetic surgery, or dermatology experience preferred
Comfortable with EMR, scheduling systems, and computers
Strong communication and customer service skills
Professional, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
