Medical Assistant – Hair Restoration Trainee

At Advanced Hair Restoration, we specialize in life-changing hair transplant procedures, combining clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry. Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds, including:

Clinical Professionals:

• Certified Medical Assistants (CMA/RMA)
• Surgical Technologists
• Clinical Assistants with procedural experience

Aesthetic / Precision-Based Professionals:

• Licensed Estheticians
• Lash Technicians
• Nail Technicians with demonstrated precision and attention to detail

Ideal candidates demonstrate:

• Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
• A passion for patient care and learning new skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for procedures, including hair trimming, cleansing, and setup
• Assist the physician during FUE and FUT hair transplant procedures
• Perform graft dissection and placement (training provided)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant procedure environment
• Set up and break down procedure rooms efficiently
• Ensure all clinical areas are stocked, clean, and ready for patient care
• Support a professional, compassionate patient experience from start to finish

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 1–3 procedures per day
