Pay: $16 – $20 per hour (based on experience and certifications)

Employment Structure: Initial contract period with a defined pathway to full-time employment with KaiCare AI (benefits eligible upon conversion)

Role Overview

KaiCare AI is hiring an in-person Medical Assistant – Care Program Enrollment Specialist embedded within Denton, Texas (Sidd Medical Associates). This Medical Assistant role focuses on educating patients and guiding them through enrollment into care management programs directly inside the clinic.In a typical day, you will interact with approximately 15–25 patients, helping them understand the benefits of remote care services and assisting them through program consent and enrollment.You will serve as the bridge between patients, clinic providers, and KaiCare AI’s care management platform, ensuring enrollment workflows run smoothly while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.Prior experience with care management programs is helpful but not required. Training on KaiCare AI systems and workflows will be provided.Key Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on CCM, RPM, and RTM services using clear, patient-friendly language
  • Guide patients through care program consent and enrollment processes
  • Assist approximately 15–25 patients per day with program education and enrollment
  • Ensure all documentation meets HIPAA and CMS compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate patient records within KaiCare AI’s platform and coordinate with the clinic’s EHR system
  • Work closely with clinic staff to identify eligible patients for care programs
  • Track daily enrollment activity and maintain organized documentation
  • Escalate patient or provider questions appropriately
  • Sign and adhere to required confidentiality and Business Associate Agreement (BAA) policies regarding patient information

Required QualificationsCandidates must hold one of the following certifications:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA)
  • Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Additional requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
  • Prior experience in a clinical or patient-facing healthcare setting
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with EHR systems and digital healthcare platforms
  • Professional, dependable, and able to work independently within a clinic environment

Candidates with backgrounds as Medical Assistants, CNAs, Patient Care Technicians, or other clinical support roles are encouraged to apply.Preferred / Bonus Qualifications

  • Spanish-speaking (bilingual highly preferred)
  • Experience with ECW
  • Familiarity with care management programs such as CCM, RPM, or RTM
