Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and sales driven representative with a passion for health and wellness to join The Whole List Doc (TWLD) team. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a proven and respected health practice that has empowered individuals across the globe in managing chronic diseases and improving long-term well-being.

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for patients—whether in person or virtual. Your role is essential in guiding patients through the decision-making process and helping them understand how TWLD’s programs can meet their health needs. This position is both patient-facing and sales-focused, offering a unique blend of care and strategy.

You’ll work closely with a dedicated and tenured team of health experts, with significant earning potential for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Onboarding: Welcome and guide patients through their health journeys, serving as a trusted resource for information and next steps.
  • Conduct Triage Calls to qualify potential clients based on their health needs and readiness for the Transform System.
  • Lead Closing Calls, confidently presenting the program’s benefits and closing sales with high integrity.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside physicians, nutritionists, and coaches to provide seamless, personalized care.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of The Whole List Doc system, including interactive online training, at-home testing, personalized health solutions, and long-term wellness strategies.
  • Build and foster relationships with clients to ensure trust and satisfaction throughout their journey.
  • Sales Process Management: Utilize proven sales models and tools to deliver exceptional patient experiences and outcomes.
  • Patient Relationships: Foster long-term trust and satisfaction by supporting patients throughout their journey to wellness.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A background or strong interest in health, wellness, and living a healthy lifestyle.
  • Previous experience in sales, especially in health or wellness-related industries, is a plus.
  • Comfortable using technology and working within sales frameworks & following specific patient care protocols.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a simple, relatable way.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized and maintaining attention to detail.
