ABOUT US

One Mind Wellness & Ketamine is a physician-led ketamine infusion clinic in Fort Lauderdale, FL, dedicated to transforming care for patients with treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, PTSD, and chronic pain. We are a small, mission-driven team in an active growth phase and we are looking for a motivated team member who wants to be part of something meaningful from the ground up.

This is a 1099 contractor, part-time role built for someone who values flexibility but is eager to grow alongside us. As we expand our service offerings - including nutrient IV therapy and new wellness programs - you will grow with us.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Patient Care Coordination

Answer inbound calls and inquiries, walk prospective patients through our treatment offerings and pricing, schedule consultations, and guide patients through the full intake process from first contact to first appointment.

Intake and Triage

Welcome and intake patients on arrival, complete pre-treatment documentation, and perform triage assessment to ensure readiness for infusion.

Infusion Support

Assist with preparation and monitoring during ketamine infusion sessions. Support expansion into nutrient IV therapy over time.

Patient Monitoring

Monitor patients during active treatment - vitals, oxygen saturation, behavioral observation - and communicate changes to the treating provider in real time.

Discharge Support

Coordinate safe patient discharge, verify discharge arrangements, provide post-treatment instructions, and document the encounter for clinical records.

Clinical Flow and Coverage

Support NPs and physicians managing concurrent patients - ensuring smooth clinical flow and patient safety when providers are engaged in active treatment.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Background in medical assisting, healthcare, or a clinical support role - formal certification a plus but not required

- Comfortable in a clinical setting with patients who may be in emotional distress; calm and composed under pressure

- Experience in outpatient, infusion, or procedural clinic settings a strong plus

- Familiarity with vital sign monitoring, oxygen delivery, and basic emergency protocols preferred

- Experience with care coordination - scheduling, fielding patient inquiries, explaining treatment options and pricing, and guiding patients through an intake process

- Strong phone presence and interpersonal communication skills; comfortable being the first voice a prospective patient hears

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle clinical and administrative tasks in the same shift

- Passion for mental health, chronic pain, or innovative clinical care

- Comfortable operating as an independent contractor (1099 - responsible for own taxes)

SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION

- Engagement Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

- Hours: Part-time, flexible scheduling based on clinic needs

- Location: In-person, on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL

- Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience - discussed at interview

- Growth Path: Increased hours and expanded responsibilities as the clinic scales
