Medical Assistant-Pediatrics

Are you a mature, enthusiastic, and hardworking Medical Assistant with a passion for working with children? Join our well-respected and established pediatric office in Henderson!

We are looking for a full-time Medical Assistant (degree required; certification preferred) to become part of our close-knit, supportive care team. You’ll work alongside five experienced Medical Assistants in a practice that values kindness, teamwork, and exceptional care.

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive and pleasant demeanor
• A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
• A self-starter who is comfortable in a fast-paced pediatric setting
• Experience with EclinicalWorks (eCW), Excel, and Microsoft Office is preferred
• Prior pediatric telephone triage experience is a strong plus
• Must love working with children and families

Clinical Duties:

• Rooming patients and measuring growth parameters (newborn to 18 years)
• Administering vaccinations and medications
• Pediatric telephone triage and providing phone advice to parents
• Interviewing parents for well and sick visits
• Performing injections and sterilizing instruments
• Utilizing EclinicalWorks EMR for documentation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
