We are a specialized medical practice in central Phoenix focused exclusively on treating patients with personal injuries. Our team is dedicated to delivering compassionate, professional, and high-quality care. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing practice.

Position Details

• Clinic Days: Tuesday & Thursday (on-site at our Phoenix office)
• Remote Days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday (work from home – billing support & administrative tasks). Within 60 days or sooner, remote days will convert to on-site at our Phoenix office.
• Schedule: Full-time, consistent weekly schedule
• Compensation: $23/hr during a 90-day probationary period. Upon successful completion, position converts to salaried employee at $55,000/year.
• Start Date: Immediate

Responsibilities

• Assist physicians and patients during clinic days
• Perform patient intake, vitals, and documentation
• Support with case and chart management
• Compile bills and records to send to attorneys and administrative support on remote days
• Communicate professionally with patients, attorneys, and staff
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and professional demeanor at all times

Qualifications

• Prior medical assistant experience preferred (training will be provided)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Must be kind, friendly, and professional with patients and staff
• Ability to work independently from home on non-clinic days
• Comfortable working in a personal injury-focused practice
• Bilingual-Spanish REQUIRED
