Medical Assistant (Plastic Surgery Office)

If you have a passion for aesthetic medicine, then this job is for you. You should possess a strong background in cosmetic medicine, aesthetics, and / or cosmetic dermatology. You must also possess and exhibit strong communication and customer service skills with your team and your patients.

Your Essential Responsibilities
- Assist providers in patient examinations and procedures
- Provide superior customer service with each patient
- Work in collaboration with your team to ensure efficient schedule management
- Prepare patients for procedures
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with documentation
- Handle patient inquiries and provide education on treatment plans
- Follow up with patients after treatment, inventory management, ordering of supplies

Your Experience
- Previous experience in aesthetics, cosmetic medicine, or cosmetic dermatology
- Proficiency in assisting providers with a busy schedule and schedule management
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems (Nextech preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic aesthetic setting

-Phlebotomy experience preferred
