Medical Assistant- Plastic Surgery/Dermatology

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Medical Assistant to join our growing Plastic Surgery and Dermatology practice. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and passionate about aesthetics and skin health.

Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints
• Assist providers with in-office procedures (cosmetic and medical dermatology)
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure proper sterilization of instruments
• Provide pre- and post-procedure patient education
• Assist with minor surgical procedures and wound care
• Manage patient flow to ensure efficiency and high-quality care
• Document accurately in EMR system
• Support front office duties as needed (scheduling, check-in/out)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cosmetic procedures (Botox, fillers, lasers, etc.)
• EMR experience
• Bilingual is a plus
