Plum Health is looking for Medical Assistants who are intrinsically motivated to provide this kind of excellent care to patients of all ages and stages.

Responsibilities:

• The Medical Assistant will assist Providers; MDs, DOs, PAs, NP's and administrative staff in the examination, treatment, and perform tasks necessary to complete patient care following Plum Health's standards and practices as directed by the Medical Director.
• Performs other clerical and administrative tasks as required.
• Be a key partner to our medical provider, preparing patients for exams and assisting with various procedures.
• Utilize your clinical skills, including phlebotomy and other various lab work.

Required Qualifications:

• RMA or CMA highly encouraged
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Computer Skills, Attention to Detail, Confidentiality, Communication Skills, and Customer Service Skills.
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant. We need someone who can hit the ground running.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience operating in a Direct-Care Model a plus
• Experience working in a collaborative setting to ensure positive health outcomes
• Experience in outpatient primary care settings
