Medical Assistant ( PRN / Per Diem)

Locations: Bozeman, MT & Butte, MT

Pay: $26.00 per hour

Position Summary

Big Sky Foot & Ankle is seeking a dependable, professional, and flexible Medical Assistant to provide clinical support on an as-needed basis across our Bozeman and Butte locations. This PRN/Per Diem position is designed to support clinic operations during outreach clinics, staffing shortages, schedule gaps, and other coverage needs. There are no guaranteed hours or set weekly schedules.

Responsibilities

· Assist providers with patient care and clinic flow

· Room patients and document medical histories

· Prepare exam rooms and maintain clinical supplies

· Assist with clinical procedures and treatments

· Support occasional satellite clinics

· Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic health record (EHR) system

· Assist with administrative and clinical tasks that support efficient clinic operations

· Deliver exceptional patient service and contribute to a positive patient experience

Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent required

· Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required

· Previous Medical Assistant experience preferred

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and adapt to changing schedules

· Experience with EHR systems preferred

· Professional, organized, and detail-oriented

Schedule

· PRN / Per Diem

· No guaranteed hours

· No set weekly schedule

· Hours based on clinic and staffing needs
