Who We Are
Seattle Premier Health is a concierge primary care practice built on relationships, trust, and exceptional patient experience. We care for individuals who value time with their physician, personalized attention, and a proactive approach to health and wellness. Our clinic blends high-touch service with modern systems and workflows to deliver seamless, compassionate care every day.
What We Do
We provide comprehensive primary care in a concierge setting—focusing on prevention, wellness, and continuity of care. Our team works closely together to ensure patients feel welcomed, heard, and supported from the moment they contact our clinic to the completion of every visit.
About the Role
We are hiring a Medical Assistant whose primary focus is running reception and serving as the first point of contact for our patients. While this is a Medical Assistant role, success in this position depends heavily on strong front-desk skills, exceptional customer service, and confidence using EPIC and other healthcare systems such as HINT. Clinical duties are part of the role, but the heart of this position is patient interaction, coordination, and organization.
