Fast-growing Telehealth provider is looking for an experienced Medical Assistant.

Qualifications:

• CMA or RMA certification (Required)
• Prior CCM/RPM Experience (Required)
• Bi-Lingual Spanish (Required)
• Sleep Medicine Experience (Preferred)

Job Description:

Are you a CMA or RMA looking for a work from home position? If so, this may be the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Care Manager you would be working with a group of patients over the phone providing teaching, coaching, and motivation to help them improve their chronic conditions.

Responsibilities Include:

• Triaging patient calls
• Conduct regular condition assessments
• Patient-Centered Care Plans
• Monthly med reconciliations
• Patient Education
• Contact with providers as needed

Qualifications:

• CMA or RMA License
• Knowledge of third-party payer requirements
• CCM or RPM experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records
• Strong aptitude for detail and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational, problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills

Work Location:

• Fully Remote

This is a 1099 role.

Job Types: Full-time Contract, 30+ hours weekly.
