Role Overview

The Medical Assistant / Sales Specialist is a dual-function role that sits at the intersection of clinical support and patient-facing sales. This person plays a critical part in both the day-to-day operations of the practice and in driving revenue through treatment package and membership conversions.

This role is ideal for someone who is clinically competent, naturally personable, and motivated by results. You are just as comfortable supporting a provider in a treatment room as you are guiding a patient through a membership consultation and closing the sale.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support

• Assist providers with room setup, stocking, and turnover between patients
• Support patient intake, vitals, documentation, and pre-treatment preparation
• Ensure treatment rooms remain clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
• Follow all safety, HIPAA, and clinical protocols without exception
• Serve as a reliable clinical resource for providers throughout the day

Patient Experience

• Deliver a warm, polished, and professional experience aligned with Galore Medical's brand standard
• Educate patients on services, treatment protocols, and what to expect before and after care
• Handle sensitive or difficult patient conversations with professionalism and empathy
• Serve as a trusted resource for patients navigating their treatment journey

Sales & Membership Conversion

• Present and sell treatment packages and memberships to new and existing patients
• Guide patients through their options with a consultative, patient-first approach
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales goals for packages and memberships
• Present financing options including Cherry, CareCredit, and Klarna as part of the sales process
• Follow up with patients on open quotes, pending decisions, and membership renewals
• Track and report on individual conversion metrics and sales performance

Lead Management & Follow-Up

• Respond to inquiries from phone, text, website, and social media in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and existing patients to encourage booking and retention
• Coordinate with operations and marketing on promotions, campaigns, and patient outreach

Team Collaboration & Operations

• Work closely with providers and leadership to support daily clinic operations
• Communicate patient needs, scheduling updates, and sales activity clearly across the team
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant certification preferred or equivalent clinical experience
• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a medspa, aesthetics, or healthcare setting
• Comfortable presenting and closing treatment packages and memberships
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Professional, confident, and patient-focused demeanor
• Prior experience with Aesthetic Record or similar EMR systems preferred
• Motivated by performance goals and comfortable being held accountable to sales metrics
• Genuine passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering outstanding patient experiences

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
