Medical Assistant / Wellness Coordinator

Job Summary

We are a growing wellness and weight loss clinic seeking a motivated, dependable, and personable Medical Assistant / Wellness Coordinator to join our team. This role combines patient interaction, front-office coordination, wellness support, and day-to-day clinic operations in a positive, fast-paced environment focused on weight loss, wellness injections, and patient care.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage patient scheduling, appointment confirmations, and follow-up communication
• Assist with patient intake, vitals, documentation, and chart preparation
• Support providers with daily clinic workflow and patient coordination
• Administer injections and wellness treatments if qualified/certified
• Educate patients on wellness programs, memberships, and treatment plans
• Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the clinic
• Process payments and assist with front-office operations
• Help maintain inventory and clinic supplies
• Assist with patient retention, communication, and overall patient experience
• Support clinic marketing efforts including basic social media content and patient engagement
• Work independently while contributing positively to overall clinic growth and success

Preferred Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience preferred
• Experience in wellness, aesthetics, weight loss, med spa, or healthcare settings is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized and dependable
• Comfortable in a patient-facing, wellness-focused environment
• Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
• Social media familiarity is a plus

Schedule

Monday–Thursday
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
30-minute lunch break
No weekends required
