We’re a small, private hormone and wellness clinic with locations in Ham Lake, Minnetonka, and Oakdale, helping adults across the Twin Cities feel like themselves again. Many of our patients arrive feeling dismissed somewhere else. Our whole team is built around one idea: we believe you, and we’ll help you get to the root of it following unreasonable hospitality principles. Some of the trade-offs

Pay starts at $24/hour depending on experience. It works well as a second income and extra money. If you’re the primary support for a big family, this probably isn’t the right fit.

Your first patient is ready at 8:00 AM, so you need to be at the clinic by 7:45. If you live more than 20 minutes away, the commute will wear on you — unless you genuinely like the drive.

• Easy to get to. Ham Lake is in the Crosstown Mall in Ham Lake — next to the Public Library and Cowboy Church. Off Crosstown and Hwy 65.
• Weekdays only. No weekends. Part-time or full-time, and we’ll help you build a schedule that works around your life.
• Work that’s hands-on and varied. Blood draws, lab work, direct patient care, typical medical assisting duties and support projects — different enough to stay interesting.
• A low-stress, honest culture. We care about doing great work and we care about each other. Open communication is the baseline, and we work smart.
• A real voice. Big medical companies say “no” by default. We say “let’s talk it through, then go for it.” You’ll have a say in what you do.
• We actually have fun. Every few months we do something as a team.

• Comfortable with technology — email, web, AI tools. We use AI daily.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Quiet, kind, steady. You don’t have to be loud or outgoing — gentle confidence works well here.
• Honest, professional, and ready to learn. We’ll teach you the rest.

The work itself

You’ll help the team help our patients — blood draws, lab work, direct patient care, and the support projects that keep the clinic running. Our office is casual, but we count on you to be on time and professional. You don’t need to know everything to start. Come happy, ready to learn, work hard, and care about the patient in front of you. That last part is the standard we hold: unreasonable hospitality.
