Medical Assistant – Occupational Health (Full-Time)


Schedule:
Day Shift – Monday to Friday

At Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC), you’ll support occupational health programs at client sites and in the office, providing drug testing, lab draws, and patient care — helping keep crews safe and compliant. Schedule

✔ Monday – Friday:
✔ Overtime paid after 40 hours

What You’ll Do

As a Medical Assistant, you’ll split your time between the office and onsite client locations, providing:

Clinical Support

  • Perform phlebotomy and blood draws safely and efficiently
  • Conduct urine and oral drug screenings
  • Assist with patient intake, vitals, and health screenings
  • Ensure accurate documentation in EMR systems

Office & Administrative Support

  • Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and respond to patient inquiries
  • Prepare and maintain medical forms and documentation for drug testing and occupational health programs
  • Coordinate with clients, labs, and MMC staff regarding test results and compliance

Clinic Operations

  • Maintain medical supplies and equipment
  • Ensure clinic cleanliness and readiness
  • Communicate with supervisors and MMC medical staff

Qualifications

Required

  • Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or equivalent)
  • Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience (phlebotomy, drug testing preferred)
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred

  • Occupational health or industrial clinic experience
  • Experience with drug testing programs and lab specimen handling
  • Knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety
