We are a NEWLY built Surgery Center with specialties including: plastics, ocular plastics, pediatric dentistry, pain, podiatry, ortho, ENT, eyes, etc. We pride in being privately owned and a family-team dynamic giving the best care for our patients.
Duties
- Assist healthcare providers with patient intake, including gathering medical history and recording vital signs.
- Assist in OR turn over and being helping hands where needed
- Reminder calls for pain clinic
- Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately by documenting patient encounters, ICD coding for diagnoses, and updating medical charts efficiently.
- Assist with specimen collection, wound care, and other clinical tasks aligned with clinic protocols.
- Support administrative functions including appointment scheduling, patient check-in/out processes, reminder calls.
- Proficiency in medical terminology and medication administration ensures accurate documentation and compliance.
- Ability to operate EHR systems efficiently while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive patient information.
- Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations including pediatrics
Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
