Medical Assistant/Front Desk Admin

Position Overview:
We are looking for a competent, ambitious, and personable Medical Assistant or Front Desk Admin well-versed in integrative medicine and aesthetics, and a bonus is being an aesthetician. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and values patient relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, delivering a warm and professional experience
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and manage patient communications
• Schedule appointments efficiently and coordinate provider calendars
• Assist the doctor with administrative and operational tasks
• Maintain organized front desk operations and patient records
• Travel between our South Tampa and Safety Harbor/Clearwater offices as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong interest or background in integrative, functional, or aesthetic medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience in a medical or wellness setting is preferred
• Experience starting IV drips is a strong plus
• Active aesthetician license is a bonus
• Ability to draw blood or start IVs is also a plus
