Medical Assistant/Front Desk Intake

Role Overview 

Men’s Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant or LVN to join our clinic. This role is ideal for a clinically-skilled, client-centered professional who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment and wants to be on the forefront of aesthetic and wellness care.

The Medical Assistant plays an essential role in delivering the client experience – from first impression through ongoing care. This individual is the heartbeat of the clinical operation, ensuring clients feel seen, supported, and confident throughout their wellness and aesthetic journey. The ideal candidate brings both clinical precision and human connection to every interaction, and is enthusiastic about the transformative impact that integrated, whole-person care can have on patients' lives.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Patient Care

· Scheduling clients via phone or in person

· Checking in and out client

· Answering client calls and/or questions per provider direction

· Perform comprehensive clinical intake including recording vital signs and history

· Administer injections and perform blood draws

· Assist providers with procedures and general medical tasks

· Prepare, stock, and reset exam and procedure rooms between patient visits

· Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, supplementation, and lifestyle habits aligned with their care plan

Required Qualifications

· High School Diploma or GED

· MA Certification (if not currently certified, please explain)

· Proficiency in venipuncture and laboratory specimen collection

· Working knowledge of EMR systems

Preferred Qualifications

· Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Emergency Department, ICU, Primary Care, or Orthopedics

· Prior experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or hormone therapy setting

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
