We are seeking a highly organized and patient-focused individual to join our team as a Medical Receptionist and Medical Assistant. This dual role combines administrative tasks with direct patient care, offering a varied and rewarding opportunity. What you'll do:
- Greet patients, answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries.
- Verify insurance information, collect co-payments, and process paperwork.
- Assist in medical procedures, take vital signs, and prepare patients for examinations.
- Maintain patient records, medical supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure a clean and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
- Interviewing patients and recording medical histories.
- Measuring vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, etc.).
- Assisting physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Administering medications or injections under supervision.
- Collecting and preparing specimens for laboratory tests.
- Performing basic laboratory tests.
- Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments.
- Educating patients about their condition, medications, and follow-up care.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a calm demeanor in a busy environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, especially with scheduling software.
- Experience in a medical setting required

- Knowledge of both front office and back
- Must have good interpersonal skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.61 - $22.00 per hour
