Medical Assistant/Office

Moosehaven is HIRING!

We are looking for a Full time, 40 hours per week Medical Assistant/Office to work Monday - Friday 7:00a - 3:30p to join our TEAM!

Basic duties:

• Front desk - greet residents
• Answering phones - forwarding calls
• Order supplies and manage inventory
• Vision and Dental approvals
• Cross train to cover Pharmacy
• Cross train to cover Medical Records
• Cross train scheduling appointments
• Back up to EKG
• Back up to phlebotomist/labs
• Back up to resident intake and vital signs
• Manage information to other medical offices when needed
• General office function
• Ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Assist Director with office tasks and other
• Assist Physician with office task
• Other duties as assigned
