Looking for new job for your New Year's Resolution? Growing Regenerative Medicine Practice seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator/Medical Assistant to join our healthcare team. We are a regenerative medicine practice focused on delivering extraordinary care with minimally invasive techniques. This role involves patient care and maximizing improvements in efficiency and work flow. Previous medical office experience required. Clerical in addition to clinical skills required. Experience in musculoskeletal medicine is a plus. MEDENT Experience a plus. Phlebotomy experience a plus

Duties include but not limited to
- Maximizing work flow management
- Close work with clinical and clerical staff to coordinate patient care needs
- Efficiency examination and improvements
- Assist with patient intake process
- Document within EHR systems and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
- Provide patient education and support to enhance understanding of treatment plans and procedures
- Prepare patients for examinations or procedures
- Coordinate staff with daily schedules and procedures
- Ensure a clean and organized clinical environment while adhering to safety standards
- Answering phones, scheduling, faxing, rooming patients, collecting money.
- Scribing, patient interaction
- Coordinating Physician's schedule with patient procedures and interactions. Making sure physician prepared to go in rooms
- Excellent patient service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and clinical support tasks
- Phlebotomy experience needed
- -May require travel intermittently to Plattsburgh and Skaneateles office, with pay differential pay every Tuesday. You travel with physician and staff in company vehicle and take turns driving.
Job Types: Full-time Minimum of 30 hours per week
Pay: $22-25.00 per hour based on experience, plus travel differential pay
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday. Fridays half days.
Education:
- High school or higher (Required)
License/Certification:
- Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred, not required)
- Phlebotomy Experience(Preferred)
