```Duties```
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families
- Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient calendars
- Assist with medical administrative support tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and efficient patient care
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures
- Knowledge of basic life support and vital signs monitoring
- Experience with medical coding and billing processes
- Ability to navigate electronic health records systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
