- Front Desk (2 positions):
- Monday–Wednesday
- Thursday–Friday
- Medical Assistant (1 position):
- Monday & Friday
- Additional flexibility to cover shifts as needed
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, verify information, and manage check-in/check-out using EHR systems
- Schedule appointments, coordinate follow-ups, and maintain efficient clinic flow
- Answer phones, manage referrals, and verify insurance information
- Collect patient histories, vital signs, and medication information
- Prepare exam rooms and assist providers during procedures
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Support physicians with documentation, coding basics, and clinical workflow
- Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Comfortable with computers and EHR systems
- Interest in healthcare or pursuing a medical career (training available)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, or prior clinical experience preferred
- Experience in outpatient, urgent care, dermatology, or hospital settings is a plus
Skills & Experience (Preferred)
- Familiarity with vital signs, patient intake, and basic clinical procedures
- Understanding of ICD coding and medical documentation
- Ability to assist with minor procedures and maintain sterile environments
- Compassionate patient care across diverse populations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
