Medical Assistant Front Desk Bilingual English Spanish
Location Lake Mary Florida
Part Time Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM plus additional hours as needed
1099 Independent Contractor Position No Benefits

Position Overview
Vascular Clinic PLLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Medical Assistant Front Desk professional to support daily clinic operations. This role requires someone who can work independently and manage both front desk responsibilities and insurance workflows efficiently.

Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
Schedule patient appointments and manage clinic flow
Check in patients and collect copays and payments
Verify insurance and obtain pre authorizations
Follow up with insurance companies and document approvals
Create and maintain accurate patient charts in eClinicalWorks

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in vascular surgery or cardiology preferred

Schedule
Tuesday and Thursday 8 AM to 5 PM
Additional hours as needed

Compensation
1099 independent contractor position
No benefits provided
Compensation based on experience
