Duties

• Greet patients warmly, verify their information, and assist with check-in procedures using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
• Obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and current medications accurately to support clinical assessments
• Prepare patients for examinations by taking measurements, preparing patients for and assisting with procedures and specimen collection
• Manage appointment scheduling, patient intake processes, and follow-up communications efficiently to optimize clinic flow
• Maintain accurate documentation of ICD coding, medical records, and insurance information in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Support clinical staff with tasks related to inpatient or outpatient care, including room preparation and equipment sterilization

Experience

• Prior experience in women's health ideal.
• Demonstrated proficiency with EHR systems and medical administrative support functions
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology
• Strong patient service skills with the ability to handle intake processes and vital signs collection confidently

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
