Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our fast-paced OB/GYN practice, assisting providers closely. The MA/Scribe will be responsible for but not limited to:

Real-time charting in electronic medical record
Retrieving and reviewing medical records for physician review
Documenting results
Initiate referral process and other orders under physician supervision
Triaging patients (vitals, confirm chief complaint)
Assist with in-office procedures
Administer injectables

Requirements:

Experience working as a Medical Scribe and/or Medical Assistant
Knowledge of EMR system, EPIC preferred
Medical Terminology- preferably OB/GYN
Ability to work in fast paced setting
Minimum typing speed 60 wpm
Strong attention to detail
