Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Medical Assistant/Scribe to join our team. This dual-role position involves both clinical support and real-time documentation during patient visits. Ideal candidates are organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-moving setting.

Responsibilities

• Scribe for providers during patient visits, accurately documenting medical histories, exams, procedures, and treatment plans
• Prepare exam rooms and assist providers with medical and cosmetic procedures
• Room patients, obtain intake information, and update medical records
• Assist with biopsies, excisions, and other dermatologic procedures
• Provide patient education and post-care instructions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas
• Handle EMR documentation and ensure accuracy/compliance

Qualifications

• Prior experience in dermatology (preferred, but not required)
• Medical Assistant certification (preferred)
• Strong typing and computer skills (EMR experience a plus)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Professional demeanor and strong communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment

Schedule

• Full-time, Monday–Friday (hours may vary based on patient schedule)
