We are seeking a highly organized individual for medical/Pharmaceutical associate responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing medical equipment, pharmaceutical products, and related supplies in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This role ensures a high-quality products at competitive prices, and builds strong relationships with suppliers and manufacturers.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable suppliers of medical and pharmaceutical products.
• Request and analyze quotations and negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders in line with approved budgets and requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, new products, and pricing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Ministry of Health (MOH), DHA, and other relevant authorities’ procurement and import regulations.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier evaluation records.
• Ensure all procurement documentation is properly maintained and filed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical products, suppliers, and market regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with import/export documentation and procedures.
