Position Summary

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced in OB/GYN billing, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit insurance claims for Commercial, HMO, and Medicare plans.
• Apply accurate CPT and ICD-10 coding for OB/GYN services.
• Post charges, payments, and adjustments.
• Review and resolve claim denials efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and billing regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support smooth revenue cycle operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of medical billing experience (OB/GYN experience strongly preferred).
• Strong knowledge of medical coding and payer requirements.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional and dependable work ethic.
• Certification (CPC, CMRS, or similar) preferred but not required.
