Our business operates as a centralized workers compensation medical scheduling and oversight service for large companies when their employees get injured on the job. We cover 200,000 employees and refer to over 1,000 medical practices throughout California and are growing 25-50% per year.

Our work environment includes:

• Hi-tech, cloud-based, multi-tasking operations
• In-office only (West LA), no remote work.
• Weekdays only, 8 hours, full time

Basic Duties of the Position:

• Enter patient and appointment information into our system.
• Create and e-bill medical bills - using our own proprietary cloud-based software - primarily for Outpatient Therapy (PT, OT, Chiro and Acupuncture) and Radiology services
• Receive payments from our employer/payer clients.
• Release payments to our contracted medical providers.
• Call/email payers and medical providers when issues arise.
• Assist staff in various tasks, as needed.

Requirements for the Position:

You should be a friendly, hard-working, articulate, computer-comfortable team player who is great at customer service, multi-tasking and solving problems.

Excellent verbal, writing and phone communication skills.

At least 1 Year medical billing experience required.

Physical therapy or radiology billing experience would be helpful, but not required.

Experienced computer user with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
