MEDICAL BILLER & CODER (Dentist)

WE ARE HIRING – DENTAL MEDICAL BILLER & CODER

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and experienced Dental Medical Biller & Coder to join our growing team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review dental and medical records for accuracy and completeness
• Assign accurate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes
• Ensure compliance with insurance and healthcare regulations
• Prepare and submit claims to insurance companies
• Follow up on outstanding, denied, and rejected claims
• Process payment postings and maintain billing records
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and coding discrepancies
• Ensure accurate patient demographics and insurance information are maintained
• Research and analyze billing trends and payment patterns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to facilitate smooth payment processing
• Maintain coding quality, productivity standards, and reporting activities
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve billing workflow and efficiency

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Medical Billing & Coding
• Experience in Dental Medical Coding preferred
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Understanding of insurance billing, compliance guidelines, and HIPAA regulations
• Experience in RPM billing preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred
• Proficiency in English Language, GSuite, and Slack
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of billing software and electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and high-volume tasks efficiently
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
• CPC, CCS, or relevant certification preferred

Salary: PKR 125,000
Fuel Allowance: 30 Liters
