Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller to join our team on a night shift basis. The ideal candidate will manage billing processes, ensure accurate claim submissions, and maintain compliance with medical coding standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process patient medical records and insurance claims.
• Prepare and submit accurate billing invoices to insurance companies and patients.
• Follow up on unpaid or rejected claims and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA or relevant healthcare regulations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers and insurance companies for billing clarifications.
• Keep accurate records of billing activities and generate reports as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a medical biller or in a related healthcare billing role.
• Knowledge of medical coding (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM – 2:00 AM) onsite.
• Familiarity with medical billing software and MS Office applications.
