Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Medical Biller/Coder to support our revenue cycle operations. This part-time role is ideal for someone with a strong background in medical billing and coding who is looking for a flexible schedule within a private practice setting. The position offers opportunity for growth into more advanced billing and claims management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with medical billing processes and patient statements
• Support handling of medical record requests
• Follow up on collection accounts and outstanding balances
• Maintain accurate and compliant billing documentation
• Communicate with patients and insurance companies as needed
• Provide administrative support related to billing operations

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical billing and/or coding (required)
• 2–4 years of experience in a medical office setting (preferred)
• Familiarity with insurance claims processes and medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a private practice setting
• Knowledge of ENT or surgical billing (a plus)
• Familiarity with EHR and practice management systems

Compensation:

• $15-$25/hour depending on experience.
