Medical Biller – Cardiology Practice

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Medical Biller to join our administrative team. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze patient accounts for accurate billing and reimbursement
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits
• Post charges and ensure accurate claim submission
• Manage patient collections and generate patient statements
• Follow up on outstanding claims, aging reports, and denials
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and patients

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical billing required
• Cardiology billing experience strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance verification and claims processing
• Experience working with aging reports and denial management
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
