Medical Biller/Credentialling Specialist

Job Summary
Kayal Medical Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Medical Biller / Credentialing Specialist to join our growing team. This role is critical to the financial health of the practice, with a strong emphasis on full revenue cycle management, including specialty services such as biologics and infusion billing.

The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and experienced in both billing operations and provider credentialing.

Responsibilities

Medical Billing & Revenue Cycle Management

• Manage full-cycle medical billing (front-end to back-end)
• Submit and track insurance claims accurately and timely
• Follow up on unpaid claims, denials, and appeals
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Handle patient billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and regulations
• Optimize reimbursement and reduce AR days

Specialty Billing

• Handle biologics and infusion billing, including prior authorizations and payer-specific requirements
• Work with providers and clinical staff to ensure proper coding and documentation

Credentialing

• Manage provider credentialing and recredentialing with insurance payers
• Maintain CAQH profiles and ensure all provider data is up to date
• Track credentialing status and ensure timely renewals
• Liaise with insurance companies to resolve credentialing issues

Job Summary

• Minimum 2–3 years of medical billing experience (required)
• Experience with credentialing and payer enrollment
• Strong knowledge of full revenue cycle management
• Experience with biologics and infusion billing highly preferred
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) EHR system preferred
• Understanding of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
