Medical Billing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Billing Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient billing, processing insurance claims, and ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement. This role requires strong knowledge of medical billing procedures, coding systems, and insurance guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit accurate medical claims to insurance companies
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility
• Review and follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Process patient billing, payments, and account reconciliation
• Maintain patient records and billing information in compliance with regulations
• Communicate with insurance providers, patients, and healthcare staff regarding billing issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems
• Familiarity with insurance guidelines and claim procedures
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Certification in medical billing/coding (preferred but not required)
• Candidates with Medical educational background are encouraged to apply
