Salary - 15000 to 20000

*Job Summary*

We are looking for a detail-oriented **Accountant** with hands-on experience in **Mark Software** to manage warehouse accounting operations, inventory records, billing, and financial reporting. The candidate will ensure accurate stock accounting, vendor transactions, and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

* Maintain daily accounting entries in **Mark Software**

* Manage **warehouse stock accounting**, inward & outward entries

* Handle **purchase, sales, and stock transfer entries**

* Prepare and verify **invoices, GRN, delivery challans**, and debit/credit notes

* Reconcile **physical stock with system stock**

* Track **inventory valuation** and stock aging

* Manage **vendor bills**, payments, and reconciliation

* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and stock reports

* Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams

Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong working knowledge of **Mark Software** (mandatory)

* Knowledge of **warehouse & inventory accounting**

* Proficiency in **MS Excel**

* Good coordination and communication abilities
