About the Role

Digital Marketing Network is seeking a skilled Medical Billing Expert to manage end-to-end billing operations for US healthcare clients. You will handle claim submission, denial management, payment posting, and AR follow-ups, while ensuring smooth communication with US insurance providers.

This is a night shift role, strictly onsite, to align with US clients’ time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Submit and track medical claims accurately
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Handle claim denials and resubmissions
• Post payments and reconcile accounts
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR) and aging reports
• Communicate with US insurance companies regarding claim status
• Ensure HIPAA compliance

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in US medical billing
• Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
• Experience with billing software and clearinghouses
• Proficient in denial management and appeals
• Excellent English communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and target-driven
• Available for night shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
