MEDICAL BILLING - FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

The Center: A Place of HOPE is a Christian faith-based private agency that provides Partial Hospitalization (PHP) Day Treatment Programs for Mental Health and Substance Use including:

  • Depression Treatment

Our programs are tailored by providing dedicated teams to our clientele who come from across the US and globally to receive our services.

We are looking for a FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT living in the greater Puget Sound area, who is experienced in medical billing, values a whole-person approach to healing, and enjoys working in a team-oriented environment.

Someone who is reliable, detail driven, and a critical thinker will do well in this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:

We are looking for someone who has the ability to manage daily billing tasks, including insurance verification, claims processing, payment posting, account follow-up, and deposit handling with accuracy and timeliness. This job includes supporting clients and staff, maintaining organized records, and working with the team to resolve issues and ensure accurate billing.

SCHEDULE:

The Center: A Place of HOPE's Financial Administrative Assistant is a W2 full-time position.

The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday from 9AM - 6PM. This schedule includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch.

PAY:

The Center: A Place of HOPE offers competitive pay based on experience.

$22.00-$25.00 per hour dependent on years of experience. Pay is negotiable.
