Medical Billing – Lead Closer (Night Shift | Onsite)

Shift: Night (06:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)

Key Responsibilities

· Convert qualified medical billing leads into long-term clients with a consultative approach.

· Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored billing solutions.

· Collaborate with team members to refine closing strategies and achieve monthly targets.

· Uphold company standards and compliance guidelines at every step.

· Engage with warm leads generated by cold callers, marketing campaigns, referrals, and inbound inquiries.

· Conduct discovery calls and in-depth consultations with healthcare providers to understand their billing challenges and goals.

· Deliver tailored presentations or demos of our medical billing solutions.

· Explain the benefits, pricing, and ROI of our services in a clear and convincing manner.

· Handle objections and answer client-specific questions regarding billing processes, compliance, software integration, and transition timelines.

· Able to manage CRM and track performance of cold callers / business development executives.

· Negotiate terms and close deals in alignment with company goals and pricing models.

· Prepare proposals, contracts, and onboarding documentation in coordination with the operations team.

· Maintain accurate records of all activities, communications, and deal stages in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with the implementation and client success teams to ensure a smooth handoff and transition after closing.

· Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

Requirements

· 2–3 years’ proven experience in U.S. medical billing, RCM, or related healthcare services.

· Strong closing skills with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.

· Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.

· Self-motivated, confident, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Must be available to work onsite night shift (06:00 PM – 2:00 AM PKT)
