Medical Billing Representative

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Billing Representative to join our team! This role is key to keeping our in-house billing process running smoothly by entering charges, posting payments, and following up on unpaid balances.

What you’ll do:

• Enter patient charges and payments in the EMR
• Follow up with insurance companies and patients on outstanding balances
• Handle claim denials and submit necessary information
• Maintain accurate billing records and reports
• Answer billing-related calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Assist patients who come to the billing window with questions, needing documentation, balance inquiries, OB prepay, making payments, etc.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
