Hiring: Revenue Cycle Manager (Medical Billing)

We are looking for a results-driven Revenue Cycle Manager with strong hands-on experience in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for medical billing. If you have a passion for driving collections, improving processes, and leading high-performing teams — this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the complete RCM cycle: charge entry → claims → payments → AR follow-ups → denials
• Drive collections performance and reduce AR aging
• Lead and mentor the billing/RCM team
• Monitor key KPIs: Clean Claim Rate, First Pass Resolution, Days in AR, Denials
• Handle payer communication & insurance verification (US healthcare preferred)
• Identify gaps and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA)
• Share insights and reports with leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6+ years of RCM experience (with 1–2 years in a leadership role)
• Strong expertise in AR, denials, and payment posting
• Experience with US healthcare billing is a plus
• Proficiency in RCM tools/software
• Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
