Medical Billing Specialist

We’re Hiring: Medical Billing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance companies accurately and on time.
• Monitor claim rejections and denials; identify root causes and ensure timely resolution.
• Post payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate system posting.
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights for process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with EHR/PM systems and payer portals.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory).
• 6 months–1 year of experience in US medical billing and reporting.
