Our services include in-office care, in-hospital care, home visits for new babies, pre-natal support, lactation consultants, immunizations, and allergy care.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Billing Specialist at Lake Country Pediatrics, S.C. The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process, invoicing, client billing, and communicating effectively with clients. This role is located in Oconomowoc.

Qualifications

• Billing Process and Invoicing skills
• Client Billing and Accounting knowledge
• Excellent Communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing procedures
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical records (EMR) system required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field is preferred
• Certified Professional Biller (CPB), Certified Medical Reimbursement Specialist (CMRS), Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or other relevant credentials preferred
• 2+ years of experience in medical billing or healthcare revenue cycle

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
