WE'RE HIRING | Medical Billing Specialist — OB/GYN Specialist

Islamabad (Onsite) | 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM PKT | Gynecology & Obstetrics

Are you an RCM professional who knows OB/GYN billing inside out? Atlantis Tech is looking for a Medical Billing Executive who doesn't just "do billing" but owns the complete RCM from charge entry to payment posting and AR follow-up.

If you've worked hands-on with Office Ally and JANE, and have 2–3 years of real OB/GYN billing experience, we want to hear from you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage end-to-end RCM including charge entry, claim submission, payment posting, AR follow-up, and denial management.
• Handle OB/GYN specialty billing with strong understanding of related billing workflows and payer guidelines.
• Review EOBs/ERAs and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims efficiently.
• Apply accurate CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding knowledge during billing processes.
• Follow up on aging claims and ensure timely reimbursement collection.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and clearinghouses to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Maintain billing accuracy, productivity, and compliance with HIPAA standards.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle performance.
• Exposure to prior authorization for gynecology procedures.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 2–3+ years of experience in US Medical Billing / Revenue Cycle Management.
• Hands-on experience with Complete RCM processes.
• Prior experience working on OB/GYN accounts is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of AR Follow-up, Denial Management, Claim Resolution, and Insurance Verification.
• Familiarity with medical billing software including Office Ally, JANE, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Knowledge of modifier usage in OB/GYN context
• Strong knowledge of OB/GYN CPT codes and ICD-10
