We are looking for an experienced Medical Billing Specialist to join our US healthcare revenue cycle team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) medical billing and be proficient in eClinicalWorks (eCW).Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage US Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury medical claims.
- Submit claims and follow up on unpaid, denied, or rejected claims.
- Communicate with insurance adjusters, attorneys, case managers, case paralegals, and medical providers,.
- Verify patient and claim information for accuracy.
- Post payments and reconcile accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Ensure timely claim resolution and maximize collections.
- Meet daily productivity and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in US Medical Billing.
- Hands-on experience with Workers' Compensation (WC) and Personal Injury (PI) billing.
- Must have working knowledge of eClinicalWorks (eCW).
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare billing process.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with US medical practices.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding.
- Experience handling insurance follow-up, denials, appeals, and accounts receivable.
