π― About the Role
We're hiring an experienced
Medical Billing Supervisor
with strong
inpatient hospital billing
expertise to support our U.S. healthcare operations. You'll lead end-to-end billing workflows claims submission, payment posting, denial management, and AR follow-ups ensuring
timely and accurate reimbursements
for U.S. providers.
You'll collaborate directly with
U.S. physicians, hospital teams, and payers
, while working alongside our
AI-powered billing systems
that handle the bulk of repetitive tasks letting you focus on judgment, escalation, and process improvement.
π₯ What You'll Do

Lead
end-to-end inpatient hospital billing
(UB-04 / institutional claims)

Submit clean claims and proactively manage
denials, rejections, and appeals

Oversee payment posting, EOB/ERA reviews, and AR follow-ups

Work directly with U.S. physicians and hospital RCM teams
to resolve billing issues

Identify denial trends and
drive process improvements
to boost first-pass acceptance rates

Collaborate with our
automation and AI teams
to enhance billing workflows

Mentor junior billers and contribute to a
knowledge-sharing culture

Communicate professionally with U.S. payers and providers

Required Experience & Qualifications

4+ years of experience in U.S. Medical Billing
(required)

Hands-on experience with inpatient hospital billing (UB-04 / institutional claims)

Strong knowledge of
claims submission and insurance follow-ups

Experience handling denials, rejections, resubmissions, and appeals

Familiarity with EOB/ERA and payment posting

Solid understanding of RCM workflow and U.S. billing concepts

Excellent English communication
for direct payer and provider interaction

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines

Knowledge of
ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS
(basic understanding required)

Experience with
DRG-based billing and inpatient revenue cycle

Experience in AR calling, follow-ups, and aging reports

Prior experience with U.S. healthcare billing systems / EHR platforms
(Epic, Cerner, Meditech, Athenahealth, Kareo)

identify denial trends and reduce rejection rates
